Came here to buy a used car- salesperson was obviously inexperienced but I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was going to pay. The process took entirely too long, about 4 hours to test drive and sign the paperwork, and I waited over an hour after the sales process was over just to wait for the car wash and gas (which was supposed to start 2 hours earlier). Turns out there was a mistake made that nobody made us aware of until after I got upset.

What was worse was the salesman, Ronny, was not apologetic and constantly blamed other people for the wait. When we finally got our car, it was apparent that it was washed in a rush because it wasn t washed well. Ronny did offer a free car wash and full tank the next time we came in.

I also asked for the manager multiple times and they never came out to apologize for the mistake and the extremely and unnecessarily long wait. I understand mistakes happen but the managers should pay their customers respect by checking in and taking accountability especially as we were visibly frustrated.

The only decent part of the experience was the finance manager who went through my questions in detail- although I didn t very much appreciate his remarks regarding his issue with having to translate the documents to Spanish. Overall, I feel like this dealership had fair prices but the staff made the experience even more unenjoyable than the car buying process already is.
