Jetspot network is the worst customer service in the world. Once you are connected to their network they will ask to pay for 6month or 1 year. Once you do it, they don't care about. They will always try to loot money. Internet (fiber line) is disconnected every day. Speed is not constant.
it's been 30days of cycle past in odisha, still there is no internet connection. Initially, when i call they did not respond. After sometime they close the customer care number. Now i have paid for 6months, i am not able to go to another service provider. So i thought of calling multiple number given in their site but all are closed. This is pathetic. I never recommend this to anyone.
