We came during Thanksgiving week 2020. (That includes taking precautions during pandemic) for anyone coming during the pandemic; note there will be no room cleaning at all! We had to ask for new towels and a kind housekeeper swept the floor once after my kids spilled snacks.
Apart from that; we didn't have a good experience. Our room door didn't work properly, our keys didn't work half the time, bathroom door got stuck once, the food service was extremely slow and unkind.
The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice.
