The worse experience ever! My cousin booked the presidential suite to have a a intimate setting for a few girlfriends to swing by for about a hour or 2 because it was her 40th birthday. Mind you she informed the staff that she will be having guess when she booked the room. All the guest are over the age of 35 the room was very spacious with a kitchen, a table seating for 8 also 3 different sitting areas with a bar. The staff tell us they got complaints that we were to loud. We are bunch of classy women not ratchet. All we were doing was talking and it was only 9:00 pm. Once they claim we were to loud we started whispering. Do you know that a security guard by the name of David Granger harassed us to no end and had us vacate the premises. I never experience nothing like this ever in my life and I only stay at 5 star hotels on the regular. It was so uncalled for it was actually humiliating. My cousin put a lot of time and effort in for this special day for it end like this. I hate to say it but I don't know if he is racist or not but he was so rude. Mind you I heard other guest laughing and appeared to be under the influence but since they were of a different race it was ok! Not to mention the manager that was on staff that night was so unconsidered as well Malory Davis.
