On the fifth floor of the BHV

On the fifth floor of the BHV
is a canteen I took a quiche and garnish the rice for 6.90. Nice place but the chairs are very average garden chairs when after several minutes sitting it is unpleasant before it was very heavy benches but more comfortable currently there is work in a part of the restaurant hoping that it changes seats for customer comfort.
