Review of Southgate Volkswagen LP

Not a great experience here but I don't feel like ...

Not a great experience here but I don't feel like I have many options to go elsewhere as last VW I did that and it did not turn out well... Southgate modified my Diesel without my consent, spoke to staff and management and they all stated "we are going to do something for you, for the trouble and the error" then they got me to sign the legal forms (which I should NOT have done I know)... and then they completely 'forgot' about me and returned to treating me not so great ( I inquired about a new windshield and was met with rudeness, needless to say, getting a new windshield elsewhere). So basically your typical Car Dealership sidewinders who do not care about customer service or correcting their mistakes...
