I think I just might be an awful customer. Excellent dealer. Stellar service. I really felt like something was wrong with my car. Now, I think bad past experiences clouded my judgment. The dealership and management went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and completed a second diagnostic due to my concerns. They were respectful, listened, and put in overtime on my car. I am not big on dealerships, but I would definitely recommend this dealer and will probably go back for all check-ups and maintenance work on my vehicle. The only reason I might bypass this dealer is because of my less than patient behavior as a customer, not theirs as a car service location. Even for a customer like me, they went out of their way to ensure my safety and ensure that I actually understood WHY my car acted the way it did, which is rare for some service connected businesses these days.
