Steve Kidwell was very professional and responsive, despite difficulty amongst my family s dynamics. He maintained communication; and was able to keep the situation under control, through the sale of our full of memories parents home. On the day of closing; he physically helped with a last minute situation and saw that to completion, averting a last minute derailment! Highly recommend Steve, and ERA Advantage! Very good experience! Next, I hope to find a condo!
