Called to see if my symptoms were severe enough to come in to the ER at night in an effort to avoid wasting time for myself or the ER. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I did not even get a chance to finish asking my question before she informed me that we can t tell you what to do; you have to decide that for yourself . I wish there was another emergency room near here.
