Aaron at QDI was able to resolve an ongoing issue with my heat pump and discovered that the original wiring to the aux heat was incorrect after 5 years of living in our home and not knowing any better. I especially appreciated the commitment to detail and identifying the source of the problem since QDI was the second HVAC contractor to inspect my issue. The first contractor blamed the thermostat. Our system is know operating properly.
