Kaplan Computers was quick to reply to my plea for same day service. As I was in Manchester only for 4 days & needed service on my computer done ASAP, the gentleman expedited my job while finishing up other jobs he needed to get done before his family hiatus. Job was done with high level of professionalism, reasonable price, & to my complete satisfaction. I'll get another year out of my computer before cycling up (I hope)!
