Here is where I receive treatment with respect and compassion.

Enough positive things just cannot be uttered about APT- especially the West Haven branch. The staff are simply awesome, their program is fairly administered and they are not sheep. While rules must be followed, they know life happens and they always work WITH me to find an equitable solution. They are professional, personable, compassionate and caring. The entire staff at the west haven branch should be commended and applauded for their consistently excellent client service.
