Room 407 and 301 our room but the whole place was similar, ie., poor quality.
1. DUST EVERYWHERE
2. Terrible room service (disgustingly slow.) (Kettle came after 24 hours, towels came after 48)
3. TV doesn't work
4. Slow wifi (if you are lucky enough to have some)
5. The toilet flooded
6. Shower does not point at you when your in the 1.6 ft square tile area they have the audacity to call a shower.
7. The room service went in unwanted.
8. They dont give you water, you have to constantly buy water. (Had to pay 150 LE for water in less than 3 days)
9. Breakfast is disgusting, rotten, and under cooked.
10. The pool is not cleaned well, tastes like it has never seen chlorine, and is full of insects.
11. The curtains look like dish racks.
12. There seizes to exist a washing machine
13. No iron
14. No clothes hanger to dry your stuff ( had to hang it on the door and on the roof, where there is om el lizards)
15. Electricity is not safe (everytime we tried to plug anything, it made a spark).
16. The blanket smells like it's from 1789 from the French Revolution. (NEVER BEEN CLEANED) (had to use the bed sheet as a blanket, which smelled like marlboro)
17. The stairs are om el uneven, almost tripped on it like 93 times.
18. Not suitable for anyone over 6'
19. The music is so loud, it shakes the room, making it impossible sleep well.
20. The pool closes at 6
21. The pool chairs are a cheap vinyl, giving you an unlimited opportunity for burns and scratches.
22. Kanabesh beach was mediocre, but was the worst one compared to the two others next to it.
23. The AC was too loud. (It made the room cold at least)
24. Wifi is so trash, I had to go home to post this.
