I would recommend staying away from Walser. We purchased a vehicle (Friday evening) and the next day (Saturday) it was making a groaning/vibration noise when turning. I contacted the dealership that day (Saturday) and they said I should bring the car in on Monday. The dealership stated they would take a look at it. We brought the vehicle in as requested, but to my astonishment they would not have service look at it, but said it was not an issue. This all happened within the famous return & exchange period that is listed on the Walser corporate site. I asked what my options were and wanted to return for refund, but was told this was not an option. The person I spoke to also said don t worry this is a quality car that will last a long time. Skeptical, I contacted an authorized dealer for the make of the car and had it inspected. Turns out needs tons of repairs totaling $2,642.17. I brought this estimate back to Walser and the manager said our experts thoroughly go through all vehicles before they are placed for sale and if the work needed to be done it would have been done. Keep in mind this all was within a bit over a week and I was holding the inspection sheet and estimate from the real authorized dealer experts, but he did not even want to look at it. He stated they would not fix the issues. I told him I wanted to return the car for a refund and was once again told no. The best they could do would be to exchange the car for something else. One question, is Walser intending on placing this car back on the sales floor with these issues and hoping the next person will not hear the noise, why not fix it? Ok, now to the exchange nightmare. First I was informed that the money we received from our trade on the original deal, would not apply to this exchange. What does this mean, where did the money go, did Walser just steal my old car? The vehicle we traded was already sold at auction. I looked through all vehicles available at Walser and identified one that might work for us. We drove the vehicle and it pulled severely to the left and I mean it could take left turns like it was a self driving car (the experts must have looked at this one as well). The salesperson helping me then decided he would drive it and guess what, he said it was perfect, no issues. He also said the roads are bad around here so that s probably the issue, you cannot make this stuff up. The sales manager at this location said he would check the alignment. It came back from the test as passing but when he drove it, he confirmed the mysterious issue (his words). They asked if I was still interested in the vehicle and I said that I was not interested in a vehicle with mysterious issues. I started to think about it and I was done with trying to select a different vehicle, one I do not even want. It felt like trying to pick the best of the worst. I have purchased other vehicles from Walser in the past, but never again as I have completely lost faith in this dealership. I m done please fix the car or return my money.

Update 6/28/18 - Spoke with the manager and Walser is now reluctantly willing to have their service department look at the vehicle, but was told they can not take into consideration the independent inspection and repair estimate from the authorized dealer.

Update 6/29/18 - Dropped vehicle off at Walser service and was issued a loaner car. Gave them a copy of the inspection from the independent authorized dealer to use as a reference.

Update 7/3/18 - The manager at Walser confirmed that the repair estimate/inspection done at the authorized dealer was accurate and they are now ordering parts.

Update 7/12/18 - Picked up vehicle from Walser and the manager asked that I remove the review. I drove it back to the authorized dealer to verify the repair was done right. They found that Walser did not tighten both lock nuts on tie rod ends after alignment, so this had to be redone. They also used the wrong type of PSF after replacing the steering rack. Rating remains 1 star.
