After waiting several weeks for my parcel, and after sending two emails that remain unanswered I phoned to find out where my parcel is. My phone call was taken by a rude person who constantly talked over me. The result was the following email from WnDirect:
Unfortunately after a full investigation the item has been confirmed as lost in transit. The next step is to open an 'item not received' case. You can do this online through the eBay resolution website. This will prompt into raising an internal investigation. They will then provide the full cost of any potential refund. All orders are secure as they are covered by the eBay Global Shipping programme which protects the buyer and the seller.

I can only state that I will NEVER use this company and advise others to find an alternative company who are able to do the job properly.
