I have stayed at various local hotels in Malaysia, but the hospitality is more than the price. Friendly, fast working, noticeable.

Taxes are different from other states. A tourist tax (state tax) of 2RM per night is required in addition to an accommodation tax of 10RM per night (common to all states). Therefore 12RM per night must be paid locally as a tax. The deposit was 50RM for 19 nights.

A quiet, bright and clean room. Good management.
-Two chairs on an easy-to-use desk.
There are many outlets. Universal outlet on desk (no converter needed).
The shower room is completely partitioned.
A shower with a large amount of water.
Air conditioner that can be finely controlled.
Great view (10F northeast facing).
View of the semi-outdoor sky garden (smoking area) on the 12th floor.
-Secure and fast Wi-Fi.

Points to remember
Amenity is only toothbrush, solid soap, body soap provided.
Small safe. PC does not enter.
Washstand without hot water.
-Terrestrial waves (TV1 / 2/3 etc.) are not reflected at all.
There is no coin laundry available in the vicinity. Best if you put it in the hotel.
