Hi, can anyone PLEASE help me out, I have been trying to contact you but no luck. Emailed but recieved no responses, called many times but keep reaching voicemail.
A CCJ has been placed under my name for a parking ticket I honestly was not aware about and did not receive any mail regarding it. I came aware of it only when applying for a mortgage. I have paid you the amount, there is no more outstanding balance. Please can you have this CCJ removed from my record so I can purchase my first home. Please, please, this is a very important step for my life
