My husband and I just moved to Eagle mtn. and we have decided to get service with Direct Communications well that s if we could ever get it set up. We have been trying to get them to set up the internet for the past month and it s been a nightmare. Reschedule after reschedule, full of excuses and nothing gets done. If there is a problem with the wiring why isn t that being addressed? We have been patient but really how long does it take for someone to come and splice some wires. No sense of urgency or care for that matter. Trying to complete online classes and work from home is impossible because of NO INTERNET. This is ridiculous. We Don t have service with them and it s already terrible.
