Disappointed! I wish I could say there was bad ser...

Disappointed! I wish I could say there was bad service, but there was NO service. There s was no door man, no one to help check in or get bags to the room or answer any questions. I even made the comment I wish there was someone to help us and the guy who checked us in just looked at us with a blank face because I really don t think anyone was there who could do that! The air conditioner in the room was broken, the mini fridge was locked, and there is no ice or water available to guests. You have to call and have it delivered to your room 30 minutes later! The rooms were fine, but there are much nicer hotels and places to stay in that area!
