Beautiful hotel but the rest is big 0 because no service and food buffet always the same between noon and evening. Very slow buffet breakfast service it serves a customer at a time it took 20 minutes to be served in the morning. Lack of employee and employee training.
Hotel is 18 years old and over but in reality it's more like a hotel of 40-50 plus not much to do it's really for relaxation and voila.
I do not really recommend the yellow it wants to go to have fun and everything. Hotel is at the end of Varadero so you are always obliged to take a cab about 20 pesos each time.
