Extremely unprofessional staff from the start. Might act pleasant until you've signed and paid if you're lucky. If you harass them for long enough, they may begrudgingly do the bare minimum but don't expect any kind of service whatsoever. The lad dealing with me tried to be helpful but his seniors told him to put off various parts of my application in front of me and I was almost left homeless. They avoid liaising with you over email to prevent you building up evidence of their corner cutting and conveniently leave out landlord responsibilities in the contracts and then push you to sign by leaving everything to the last minute. Pure fraud, avoid!
