The one and ONLY positive experience about Shannon...

The one and ONLY positive experience about Shannon Motors of Johnston was dealing with Carmine Cairo. He was very attentive, respectful and responsive to any and/or ALL of my concerns. He is a genuine person who I believe truly cares about the customers coming through the doors at Shannon. I wish I could say the same for the so-called "Upper Management" at Shannon Motors Johnston. Once the paperwork was signed, their hands are washed clean of you and then they place a "troublesome customer" label on you. I had issues that were not getting resolved and I was apprehensive about purchasing the car. The Upper Managment was downright rude, obnoxious; one of them actually rolled his eyes at me. I almost backed out of the deal and lost money and my car I put down in trade. It is unfortunate that grown men could treat a single mother with such disrespect. It has been a rough 20 days!!! I am glad it is over!!! And, thank God for Carmine's kindness and sincerity.
