When a client doesn't disclose negative facts especially after I question these facts several times I automatically assume their intention is mortgage fraud. I cannot work with clients that are not 100% truthful in the mortgage application process. I ended up referring these clients to another mortgage broker that after working super hard for a long time got them the mortgage. Anyone else would of not been able to close this transaction. Considering all facts these clients would of never been able to close on a mortgage without me.
