I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW 328i x-drive from Mike Muir at Calgary BMW. Before coming to Calgary BMW, I was at Glenmore Audi and ready to buy an A4. However, their service was awful d and they didn't seem to want to make a deal. That afternoon, we went back to BMW to see Mike and he was extremely helpful and doing everything in his power to help me out. He was able to get everything I asked for ALL within my budget. Not only was Mike extremely helpful and easy to work with, but he was knowledgeable and patient. I can honestly say that Mike was the deciding factor in choosing to buy a BMW.
