Workers compensation case has had multiple hearings. Judge has ruled in my favor every time and dismissed their IME doctor's testimony as not at all credible. (IME doctor flat out lied in his report and the judge saw right through it.) PMA has appealed every decision. Additionally, they have 30 days from the date of the judgement to file an appeal and have waited until the 29th day each time in order to stall the process as long as possible. They have denied every request for treatment for my injury, despite MRI with positive findings, causing me to be out of work, in constant pain and receiving no payments for almost a year. Several coworkers that I've spoken with are having similar experiences. I don't know how their employees can live with themselves knowing that they ruin people's lives for a living.
UPDATE: April 2019, 9 months after the first appeal was filed the wcb decision was filed in my favor. Got a check about a week later. Pain management doctor submitted another authorization request for treatment, hopefully it gets approved without having to go through another hearing.
