I've always had very good service on my Grand Cherokee at Suburban CDJR. This last visit was EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for an oil change/service. I brought up two other items (one warranty and the other for a minor recall). They were able to look at and take care of the two additional items during this one visit! I did not have schedule an appointment. Gary in service is very SHARP! He answered all my detailed questions - he truly has in depth knowledge of the vehicles Suburban CDJR services. I highly recommend this dealer!
