Horrible customer service. Called to have a claim ...

Horrible customer service. Called to have a claim reprocessed for my husband under my policy, which I have done many times with no issue, only to be told that he has to consent. That s fine, but why am I just now being told this when I ve called several times with no issue? Asked to speak to a supervisor, and that person was more rude than the flunky. I didn t want any personal information, all I wanted was for them to reprocess the claim, which MDWISE HAD INCORRECTLY PROCESSED AND WRONGLY DENIED TO BEGIN WITH!!!! The whole situation was completely their fault, but yet my husband who doesn t have time for this nonsense, has to call (probably an hour phone call) and get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. The supervisor told me probably ten times my husband had to call in, she treated me like I was stupid and she had absolutely no understanding of what my issue was. My problem was not about the consent, but the fact that I have called before and been helped with no problem having my husband s claim reprocessed!!!! Oh, and how about taking care of your customers who pay hundreds of dollars a month so that they don t have to call in and fix problems that aren t even their fault to begin with. Watch the MD Wise flunky who responds to this review tell me they can reprocess the claim once my husband consents. Rofl, I would die, this company won t see a dime of my money ever again. Stay away from them!!!!
