It costs $99 just for a diagnostic on the fridge. I asked for an estimate informing her the issues with the fridge, but she would not provide it, as thats for the technicians to tell me. I asked if I could talk to a technician, but she tells me they are not available. I asked when they would be available, then I'm told they will not provide that type of information unless I pay the $99. What a scam.
