This was the best, and easiest, experience for me by far as a first time car buyer (on my very own, that is). Derrick was wonderful in every way from the chat window online, to phone calls, to working with me on every aspect to get me the car of my dreams I've been wanting for 8 years now! I couldn't have asked for a better, or easier, experience. They handled everything for me. All I had to do was come in, sign and drive away! Thank you, thank you, thank you Derrick!!! :)
