29.6.2019 I ordered 2 caps, glasses and one T-shir...

29.6.2019 I ordered 2 caps, glasses and one T-shirt. After which 30.6.2019 I called and asked to cancel one of the orders (glasses,
because the waiting period was long enough 8-12 weeks )))))))))).
After which the employee answered me in writing that one T-shirt is also not available and its waiting period will be long enough and invited me to send separately ordered things. I replied that I will wait until they send all my orders together.
All this time until 28.8.2019 I wrote to this company and asked them to give me my tracking number i got an answer that they don t have TRACKING NUMBER.
I received 28.8.2019 (61 days) only one cap in the post.
I started writing and asking for the following orders TRACKING NUMBER, and again they convinced me that they didn t have any number except the number of the PREVIOUS TRACKING NUMBER and companies who were involved in the delivery of my order. Do you hell seriously????PREVIOUS TRACKING NUMBER ? I asked you a hundred times.
I called this delivery company and they told me that the company sent me something, but there was no information about my address on the box and they returned it back to the sender and also said that the sender took this box in the UK. I called this company in the UK to which they did not accept their guilt in every way and said that they would try to solve something. it's just a hellish company I wanted to buy from them all the necessary things for practicing archery and thank God I did not buy much more expensive things.
By the end I want to say that they ran into the wrong guy, because I m a lawyer, I ll certainly attach all the necessary checks and phone numbers and correspondence to the police statement, I don t know which of them is wrong, but the director must bear punishment for fraudulent actions and various kinds of fraud. TODAY 2.10.2019.
