At this difficult time I have had to deal with a number of flight agents and with the exception of Carlton Leisure they have all done zero to help me. The wonderful Udi has been in touch throughout the process of my flights being cancelled and then trying to get a refund from the airline. All my enquiries have been responded to promptly and I now have my refund. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received and hope in the future to book through this company again.
