Our letting has been managed by SAB for ten years with three changes of tenants in that time. Neither tenants nore I have had need to complain of the efficiency, supportive and friendly service provided. Periodic conditioning inspections are thorough and detailed and changes of tenant swift, well vetted and hasstle free. SAB also have a team of highly efficient tradesmen to react swiftly to domestic repairs at reasonable cost. SAB's service shelters me from the ever changing government regulation that can be an expensive and troublesome burden to landlords. I consider SAB's charges money well spent in running and protecting my investment.
