I just raced in the HD tri today and my main concern was shipping my bike for the first time. But, my gosh, i couldnt of had better service and knowledge from the folks at Mack cycle and fitness. Without a doubt grade A++++ . I was coming from new york down to miami and not only did Mack Cycle and Fitness put my bike together flawlessly but when i had a slight concern how to transport my bike to the race, they went well out of their way to help. And as if thats not enough, when the race was over they came to see how i was and how the race and bike did and then offered to bring my bike back to the shop and send back to New York for me. I cant thank the staff at Mack cycle enough for the awesome work and service and knowledge they provided me. They made my whole first olympic tri experience excellent. Thank you staff, and management at Mack Cycle & Fitness in Miami. You guys ROCK!!!!!!
