When I first had Wisper Internet installed it was great! I pay for 10/2 MPS but for the last year I have only been getting half that speed! And it's worse when everyone is home and connected! I even emailed them a spreadsheet of all my ping (speed) test readings and never got a response like it wasn't their worry. GTI is about to run a line by my house soon and I'm probably going to make a change if it's not fixed when they come through.
