They messed up our locations. The signs from the road and in the actual airport told us our flight was in terminal B. Then the people working told us to go to terminal A because that was where our flight was actually boarding. There was no apology for the mix up and the staff was also very slow and seemed uninterested. If they were pleasant and admitted their wrong, I would not mind at all. However, acting like we the passengers were ignorant was not befitting of a professional hospitality company.
