First time visiting the new location at IH-10 and ...

First time visiting the new location at IH-10 and 1604 area. They've really done a nice job on the decor, customer waiting area, and spacious feeling that Mini has been able to convey. The area is much much nicer than the old site located at Hwy 281 and Loop 410. As always they do a great job service wise, but their service can be a little bit pricey because its a dealer with cerrifoed BMW mechanics.

They also need to work on getting the car wash installed, and working at this site - currently under construction. Thus, your car may be returned a little dusty or dirty, but they are giving a complimentary car wash for a nearby location. So, a little patience is needed while they work out the kinks.

Definitely recommend the Mini service area, the service advisor Tony, and the supporting staff. Thanks guys for keeping my 2008 Cooper S running :-)
