I have been a customer of Vernon H/AC for over 10 years and have been pleased with their service. Phil Houser, Senior Service Technician performed a scheduled seasonal check-up and noticed the April Air Humidifier, installed by Vernon many years ago was showing age and wear. Phil, very professionally, explained the problem with the old humidifier and then explained the options for replacement. Phil did a great job in inspection of our current system and explaining the options for replacing the old humidifier. We chose the Aprilaire Steam humidifier, model 800. Today Feb 28, 2014 Phil and His assistant install the new system. A very professional job. Great to work with professionals like Phil Houser.
