There's a reason these guys have amazing reviews. I went in for the first time on Friday because I was interested in a used acoustic. When I walked in, I was in love - beautiful guitars all over the place, people perusing with no pressure, and the staff sprinkled in. I talked to Mike, whom I had emailed earlier in the day about the guitar, and he was very knowledgeable about the guitar and let me take my time to look her over. He set aside my guitar so I could walk around and have a look at the store, and I was impressed. They have great products and exceptional service - I think I met three or four of the guys, including Jeff, who repairs their guitars. I was really happy Friday and left the shop in a fantastic mood, thanks to the guys!

I had to take my acoustic back the following day because I hadn't seen a second button to put my strap on, so I took it to see Jeff. At first, he took the time with me to discuss and show me different places where he could put the second button. Once I decided, we walked to the service counter, and he took a look to see what he had before noticing that my tuning pegs were gold. He took a couple minutes to see what he had and told me he wanted to do the job right, and he explained that he'd order the gold buttons this week and would call me when they're in so I could spend quality time with my new guitar.

Overall, these guys are impressive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They made a repeat customer out of me right away!
