Called up to reserve a product which they confirmed. When I arrived they'd made a mistake and sold it to someone else. I tried to find a similiar product since it was a mission to get there, but the person helping me was quite rushed and a bit rude. Seemed like he didn't have time to help even though it wasn't that busy.

Came back the next day to pickup the product. Got it home and realized that they had the specs wrong on their website so the thing wouldn't fit. Called up and they gave me a decent discount on a new item. When I checked the price against Umart, it was still more expensive even with the discount.
