got no notification that my bill was due. No email...

got no notification that my bill was due. No email, no letter in the mail, no phone call. Today they cut my water off after their close of bisnuess so I can't go up there and pay it, and I don't have any information to pay the bill online, because no notification was sent to me. Now I have to get up before work tomorrow to go get it taken care of. Completely unprofessional.

Follow up: They charged me $119 to get service turned back on, and want another $100, I've still yet to see any bill or know why I'm paying so much for WATER. The better business bureau will be hearing from me.
