The customer service sucks. The shuttle buses are raggedy. The units they gave us had a bad odor upon arrival. Three days into our stay we found out the master bedrooms in both units had bud bugs smh. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the units are huge. They also have hidden resort charges that they don't communicate with you at check in. The pools are dirty. The water park is ok. Other than swimming its nothing else for kids or teenagers to do at the resort. Don't waste your time and money at the reunion take your family to a better location.
