Shirley, The Account Exec that help me out was very knowledgable, courteous and provided great customer service. She provided me with her direct phone number and was available to answer all of my questions. She followed up with me on some questions I had about my billing and was very professional. My situation was a little more complicated than most but Shirley managed to make a more complicated process seeming very easy and the experience was overall good. Thanks Shirley for all your help!
