Review of Schaal Heating and Cooling

Was told my furnace would be installed and running...

Was told my furnace would be installed and running in a day when I signed the contract. That was not the case. Had to take another half day off work which I can't afford. No excuses I was not given the facts, it was due to Mid American Energy but no one told be it would take more then a day and Schaal knew it might take longer, the installer told me that when he arrived to install the furnace, should of been told up front before the day of install. Guess does not matter since they did not loose any money but I lost wages.
