After looking at the reviews I was shocked receiving effortless customer service. Called asking to make an appointment to get a quote on my fathers home and was told that they were just going to measure and send a quote. I ask him if he was going to explain the process and he said no due to the language barrier. I ask if anyone can explain the process in Spanish again he said no. We will just measure and send a quote. Seems to me like they were just to lazy to explain the process to me who speaks English just fine. Disappointed I'm not able to use this company since it had such great reviews.
