I am very happy we chose San Rafael BMW to purchase our certiifed pre-owned 328i Convertible.

In my past life, I had owned a non-BMW convertible, but needless to say, it was time to say goodbye many years ago. As the weather has been changing, I have missed the convertible experience and decided we would research used convertible options.

After test driving some used BMW's on other lots, we decided to head to a BMW dealer.
My husband called about a car we had looked at the previous day, and we are so fortunate that Luis Chinchilla was the sales person who answered the phone.

The moment we stepped on the lot and we're going to head inside to find him, he walked out, greeted us and as soon as my husband told him his name, Luis told us he had the keys ready and he would return with them right away and move the car in front of it, so we could test drive.

Luis was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He did not pressure us and gave us opportunities to speak amongst ourselves to choose the best options for us. During the closing process, he explained everything in detail and there wasn't a time that I thought he was not being 100% honest with us. He went above and beyond in meeting out needs. Luis exceeded our expectations.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new/used or certified pre-owned BMW, to directly go and see Luis Chinchilla at San Rafael BMW, you will not be disappointed!
