The location is great but that is all.
Upon our arrival for breakfast we waited to be seated. We informed the female staff member that we would love to sit outside. Rather than take us to our table she pointed to the waterside outside balcony and told us to find somewhere on the right. Once seated, it came to our attention that every other customer was taken to their table and seated.
When our drinks order was taken I informed the male staff member that I'd love some table water for the table. Rather than bring over a carafe and glasses he pointed to a nearby water station and said for me to grab it myself (he was standing less than a meter from the water station). I grabbed the water and each of the glasses were grubby. The food was mediocre but perhaps the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Some serious training in basic hospitality skills is required. I'll try somewhere else next time.
