Wonderful place to sit and relax. Great view of the river and very friendly staff.

Smoking is allowed in the back area (also good view) but not in the front.

I wasn't able to try the food but the drinkers were cheap and we'll poured.

Highly recommended to all travellers in Phnom Penh.
