My experience with the service department has been wonderful.
I moved to the area about 3 years ago and have a Mazda CX-9. Dustin and his team have taken care of me and my vehicle with great expertise and personal interest.
My car is getting older and will be passed on to my daughter as her first vehicle. As such, Dustin and Mikal make sure that it is kept in safe conditions and when there have been large repair bills, they have offered solutions. Mazda has a financing option for customers who can't or don't want to bite of paying the whole amount upon pick up. They also offer loaners to customers who will be without a vehicle during longer repairs.
A convenience that most dealerships have done away with.
Needless to say, I love my Mazda and I love the team at Mazda of Clear Lake for taking care of us!!
