Soo frustrating. I don t know why good reviews. If you want to see a dog you ve found online forget about it. you need to schedule thru website and you ll never get appointment fast enough. One time I got lucky but they needed to cancel (ok) but that sent me back to the end of the line scheduling (instead of helping me see the dog since I was next). They said look for a cancellation! But... impossible...The problem is the website. You never get to a person.
And this is after, filling out application scheduling an appointment getting lucky rinse lather repeat and on top of it the email never got to me one bureaucratic problem after another. So sad.
If you schedule to get any dog that s there you ll do better.
