We are heading here for a family reunion tomorrow....

We are heading here for a family reunion tomorrow. Turns out the hotel booked one of the families rooms for the wrong month (October already passed) and they refuse to honor it and book them the room for the correct days. Instead they want them to pay again. There are plenty of rooms available. It is clear that it was a hotel error. We have also not had our calls returned by hotel management.
**UPDATE** Jill at the front desk called us up and took care of the entire situation! Bow the whole family can come! Thank you Jill so very much! This was the customer service we needed.
